Interval Training will give you serious results. I use total body movements with variations on squatting , lunging, push-ups, pull-ups, as well as yoga to develop and maintain lean muscle mass and increase metabolism. The workout cycles through intense periods of exercise, followed by a short rest. This method helps maintain a low percentage of body fat, increases bone density, prevents injuries, and promotes balanced hormone and blood glucose levels.
High-intensity workouts preformed on a regular basis will produce superior results to a regimented routine of going to the gym too often for workouts that last too long. Your workouts should be under an hour and they should be focused. Our workouts are usually 45 minutes or intense exercise with 15 minutes of warm up, stretching and cool down.
